Franklin Houston will be our DJ this week. He will be assisted by Donna Baker.

Misi Tsurikov will review Cocek Za Merak, Dolgoto Oro, and Halay. Misi will also teach Teton Mountain Stomp, a mixer that Steve and Donna will play.

Live Music!!

This week we will be treated to live music by the talented music duo Donna and Steve Bing. They will be playing Cajun, Texan, and swing tunes, as well as waltzes and mixers. They will also perform the next day at the 3rd Saturday Contra (see below).

3rd Saturday Contra:

Join us every 3rd Saturday at Go Dance Studio, 2525 W Anderson Ln. #530 in Northcross Mall Plaza (near First Watch and Guitar Center) for our monthly Contra Dance! The next dance is Saturday, November 8; Caller: Rich Goss; Band: The Laughing Lizards from Houston, featuring Steve Bing and Donna Bing on fiddle, Cajun accordion, banjo, guitar. FIREANT FROLIC Fireantfrolic Contra Weekend

Don’t miss the 26th Annual FIRE ANT FROLIC Contra Dance Weekend on November 14-16, at the lovely Ben Hur Ballroom. Featuring Steve Zakon-Anderson, a fabulous caller and his son’s band, Northwoods (that's Casey Murray, Molly Tucker and Sam Zakon-Anderson.)
