This week we celebrate our volunteers with a Volunteer Appreciation Night. Volunteers make our Friday night gatherings successful: DJs, assistants, teachers, board members, and many more. For this special night they have submitted their favorite dances which will make up the program. Donna Baker and Rebecca Hample will lead the program. Pat Potts will assist.

Want to learn Clogging?

Clickety Cloggers will be offering beginner clogging lessons on Sunday afternoons (4:30-5:30) beginning on Sunday, May 18th. We meet at Dance by Carly dance studio, 10203 Old Manchaca Road (near Slaughter and Menchaca). The cost is $60 for the set of eight lessons and teaching continues after graduation. On Friday, May 23rd, AIFD will not meet at Hancock Rec Center as it will be closed for maintenance.

3rd Saturday Contra Dance

Please join us every 3rd Saturday at our new venue Go Dance Studio, 2525 W Anderson Ln. #530 in Northcross Mall Plaza (near First Watch and Guitar Center) for our monthly Contra Dance! This month, Saturday, May 17th; Caller: Marc Airhart; Band: Mike Savercool on fiddle, Patty Collier on fiddle and Raul Diaz on guitar. Suggested admission $10 sliding scale.
