Atanas KolarovskiAtanas Kolarovski Tribute: Atanas was an internationally-recognized dancer, teacher, and choreographer of Macedonian dances for over 50 years. He passed away in March at the age of 95. There will be an online tribute – "Atanas Forever" – to Atanas Kolarovski on Friday, May 6, and Saturday, May 7, 2022. Here is the link to register; there is no charge.

Franklin has provided good information about Atanas' life and contribution to Macedonian music and dancing.
AIFD needs you!!

John ScalesAIFD is experiencing a shortage of programmer (DJ) assistants. These are folks who volunteer to show up on a given Friday by 6:30 to help the DJ set up sound equipment and the ‘Welcome’ table.

AIFD is volunteer based; but since we restarted Friday dancing we’ve had a smaller than usual roster of DJs and assistants. Even if you can only help set up at the beginning, please consider doing so!

Contact (currently John Scales) for info – and to volunteer.

Thank you – happy dancing
