Madeline BrockDenise FynmoreJoin us for a fun night of dancing. We will be treated to live singing performance by Samodivas. Our DJ will be Madeline Brock. Madeline will be assisted by Denise Fynmore. This week we'll also celebrate our dancers who have a birthday or anniversary in November with song, dance, and cake.
John AlexanderTeaching: John Alexander will teach the lively Bulgarian dance Sitno Severnysasko Horo.
Elizabeth StehlContra: Our Contra this week will be called by Elizabeth Stehl.
Friday, November 15, 7-9:45 pm.
Admission fee is $5 for those 18 and older.

There is no fee for those under 18,
Persons 17 and younger must be supervised by a designated person 18 or older.

Texas Camp 2019 Friday, November 29: TEXAS CAMP!!! We hope to see you at TEXAS CAMP, November 28-December 1, outside of Bruceville, TX. Since you cannot be in two places at once, we will not be meeting at HRC Friday, November 29.

Friday, December 6: Candle Light Trail!!!
Candle Candlelight Trail at Hancock!! Open to the public!! Walk the trail, see Santa, and join us for folk dancing. We’ll have easy dances and walk-throughs. Snacks and drinks provided. Free and open to the public!! Csardas will perform!!

Texas Camp Floor Setup Needs You!!!
Texas Camp Floor Setup It's that time of year again, the time when we ask for volunteers to come up to Greene Family Camp during the week prior to Texas Camp to help assemble TIFD's own custom sprung dance floor. Our Floor Czars, Mike Revesz and John Alexander, are still coordinating the schedule with Greene Family Camp. If you would like more information, including updates about the schedule, please email them at floor_czars@aifd.cc.

Austin English Country Dancers invite you to attend a Ball celebrating the accomplishments of the Basics and Beyond class., 7:30 pm - 9:30 pm, Hancock Recreation Center.
Instructor: Sylverre Polhemus.
Live music by: Pamela Weems on keyboard, Carol Whitaker on flute, Jeff Kessel on guitar, Max Cappleman on fiddle.
Fancy dress encouraged but not required. Cost: $5. Attending classes is encouraged but not required to participate. This will be a review of the dances already taught. Visit Taada.us for more information.
